Hello and welcome to my online teaching portfolio. On this website you can learn a little bit about me, my interests and my passions. ABOUT ME
I was born in Sydney and moved to the Gold Coast with my family at the age of five. Both of my parents have worked in the education sector, and so at five I helped my mum wipe down her classroom's tables. At seven I built toys in my dad's IDT workshop and at seventeen I helped my dad mark multiple choice quizzes and correct grammar and punctuation. The passion for teaching is in my blood.
MY EDUCATION
When first moving to the Gold Coast I attended a local state school and later moved to Kings Christian College. At this school I completed both primary and high school. During high school, I completed a Certificate III in Child Services and discovered my love for education. I was then accepted into an accelerate offering of a Bachelor of Primary Education at Griffith University.
MY INTERESTS
From a young age I have been interested in many aspects of the Arts and performing. I love singing and have performed and been apart of church creative teams since early high school. I have also trained in dance and have played guitar for many years and am still passionate about developing my skills to this day.
